Annual Maintenance License

Your Annual Maintenance License Includes full technical support, feature updates and additions with e-mail notification, web-support, periodic web-training, and no cost major version releases.

LUBE-IT 5 System Requirements

 

Annual Telephone Support

Annual Telephone Support will remain available through December 31, 2011 to LUBE-IT 4 users who have kept their Telephone Support current. Telephone Support provides one year of technical support only. All other benefits of the Annual Maintenance License, such as major version releases, are is not included.

LUBE-IT 4 Support

Effective December 31, 2006 Generation Systems will discontinue technical support for LUBE-IT version 3. Call 1-800-613-5525 for upgrade information.
