The Export Any Report Advanced Feature adds almost unlimited flexibility for sharing reports and exporting data from LUBE-IT.

Export data from LUBE-IT whenever needed:

Export any Report is easy and yet effective, it's hard to imagine a more sensible add-on Power Feature for LUBE-IT. Just a few simple steps and the desired report is automatically converted into the selected format.

1. Preview any one of LUBE-IT's 50+ standard reports

2. Click the Export Button on the toolbar

3. Select the desired format for output

For instance, when the "Acrobat Format (PDF)" format is selected the this feature automatically converts the report into an Adobe Acrobat^® file. Now the report is easily forwarded via e-mail and the recipient can view or print the report as needed using Acrobat. Best of all, the recipient needs no knowledge of,  or access to, your LUBE-IT system.

Need to work with LUBE-IT data in a spreadsheet, word-processor or other office-type program? Simply select one of the included office-type output formats and you will be using LUBE-IT information within popular applications such as spreadsheets, word processors, Microsoft® Publisher, and more!

For many, interfacing to other software, corporate systems or databases can be important. Export any Report is the clear answer to this need as well. The feature includes output to the most common data-interchange file formats, along with support for ODBC data sources. In fact, we are confident your computer support staff will be familiar with several of the included interface options.

This Advanced Feature enables effective use of valuable lubrication information throughout your organization. And because it works with all standard LUBE-IT reports and custom reports, there is no limit to the resourceful solutions that can be created.

One good example is sharing noted equipment problems entered into the LUBE-IT Trouble Log. Simply e-mail a copy of the latest report to those needing the information – or automate the process by regularly exporting Trouble Log entries as work-requests for import into your maintenance management system!
