Advanced Power Feature

The Consumption Tracking module provides the tracking, trending and reporting of lubricant consumption. Tracking consumption on key items such as hydraulic reservoirs and critical equipment can provide early warning of leaks and other operational issues. The included Consumption Explorer visualizes consumption trends using full-color graphical charts. Cost and volume summaries are shown by type of lubricant, or by equipment groupings. Details behind the trends are easily explored, all the way down to individual lubrication tasks, by simply clicking where more details are desired.

Consumption Tracking set-up quite flexible, allowing you to determine exactly where you want consumption tracking to apply. Activate tracking for specific lubricants using the new features of the define Products window.

Specify the applicable task Types in the Preferences window

The printed Route Worksheet knows which tasks require consumption data and provide an area to record the amount of lubricant applied.
