Barcode Support for Handheld Routes
Using barcode technology and working in conjunction with Handheld Routes, this module ensures lube routes are really walked and the proper equipment is located for lubrication. Placing barcode tags on some or all equipment allows the Handheld Route module to require a scan the proper equipment tag before any related tasks can be marked as complete.
 

Consumption Tracking
Collect critical lubrication consumption information for the equipment you specify. Details reports and graphical charts help spot trends and issues before they become big problems.  The Consumption Tracking module includes enhancements to the printed Route Worksheets and Mark Completed Tasks window to allow recording and entering the amount of product applied.  Also, this module is fully is integrated with Handheld Routes to further eliminate data entry and fully automate the collection of consumption data.

Export any Report
Need to provide LUBE-IT reports to those without access to LUBE-IT? Ready to work with LUBE-IT data in a spreadsheet? Is interfacing to other software important? With this module any LUBE-IT report can be exported as a PDF file (Adobe Acrobat®) or to any of several popular file formats. Simply preview the report, click the export button, select the export type, then click OK!

Lube-Test
The On-Site Lube-Test module adds to LUBE-IT functionality of value to any organization performing on-premise testing or analysis of lubricants. This includes lubricant viability tests performed at the machinery using test kits such as Kittiwake™ or handheld devices such as Ruler™ and OilCheck™ -- as well as on-premise bench analysis using a CSI™ or similar mini-lab.

Shutdown Manager
The Shutdown Manager module enhances LUBE-IT with the ability to manage and track the lubrication aspects of planned equipment shutdowns (also known as outages). Using this module to define the timeframe and affected equipment of a future shutdown enables LUBE-IT to provide significant insight and control throughout the time leading up to the actual event. Able to track multiple upcoming shutdowns, the Shutdown Manager reduces improvisation by increasing the foresight and effectiveness of lubrication during a planned shutdown.

Lockout Informer
The Lockout Informer module was created because accuracy and consistency are not an option when it comes to safety related matters such as equipment lockout information. Lockout Informer simplifies the timely communication of lockout information, a process critical to employee safety and regulatory compliance. It does so by automating what was an often taxing and potentially error-prone process of cross-referencing lists of equipment to be locked-out against the hundreds or even thousands of outstanding lubrication tasks -- and communicating the result of this effort to the proper personnel in a timely and effective manner.
